Real business engagement
For a separately agreed engagement, cancellation, rescheduling, completed work and incurred expenses must be covered by the quotation or contract. Requests should be made in writing to establish their date and scope.
Consumer enquiries
The consumer pathway remains disabled. Any future opening would require checks of pre-contract information, withdrawal rules and exceptions, and the relevant mediator’s details. No automatic no-refund rule is asserted.
