Business scope
The services presented concern IT consulting for businesses. Consumer ordering is not enabled. Requests on this site are simulated and create no obligation to perform services.
Quotations and contract formation
Any real engagement requires a separate quotation defining the parties, requirements, deliverables, exclusions, schedule, acceptance criteria and financial terms. Only acceptance under agreed procedures may bind the parties.
Pricing and payment
Prices are not fixed on this website. A quotation must state currency, applicable taxes, deadlines, any deposit and payment delay consequences consistent with applicable rules. No payment is collected here.
Delivery and changes
The client supplies necessary information, authorised access and approvals. Work must respect agreed scope. Requirement changes, third-party dependencies or delayed approvals must be jointly assessed and may require a written amendment.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Confidentiality, access security and data processing terms are defined before work begins. Deliverable rights, pre-existing materials and third-party licences are specified in the contract. No general implied assignment is promised.
Liability and disputes
Commitments, liability limits and termination procedures must be tailored to the engagement without excluding mandatory provisions. Parties should first seek an amicable solution. Applicable law and jurisdiction will be specified in the final agreement.
